Accessibility statement.
We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device they are on and however they browse. This page says which standard we build to, how we checked it, where we know it falls short, and how to tell us if something gets in your way.
Our standard
This statement covers nimblepanda.co.uk, run by NimblePanda Ltd. We build it to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the level most UK organisations are measured against.
Conformance status: fully conformant. Based on our own assessment described below, the content of this site meets WCAG 2.2 level AA with no exceptions we know of. The limits listed further down are outside our control or are not failures of the standard, but we think you should know about them.
What we have done
- Structure. Every page has one main heading, headings in order, a marked main content area and a skip to content link as the first thing you reach with the keyboard.
- Keyboard use. Every link, menu and button works without a mouse, with a visible focus outline. The dropdown menus open with their arrow buttons and close with Escape.
- Colour and text. Body text and labels meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio, and pages reflow to a single column on narrow screens and at 400% zoom without sideways scrolling.
- Motion. Content fades in as you scroll. If your device is set to reduce motion, that animation is switched off and everything shows straight away.
- Images. Every image has a text alternative.
- No time limits, no forms, no CAPTCHAs. Nothing on this site times out or asks you to prove you are human.
Known limits
- Our product sites are separate. Links to DriveInstruct, SnapReport, Marbles and our other products take you to different websites, which have their own accessibility work and are not covered here.
- Showcase screenshots. The screens on the showcase page are pictures of apps. Each has a short text description, but the detail inside each screenshot is not available as text.
- Cookie notice. The notice is added at the end of the page, so keyboard users reach it after the footer rather than first. Pressing Escape while it has focus declines analytics.
- Green hosting badge. The badge in the footer is an image served by the Green Web Foundation. We supply its text alternative, but we do not control the image itself.
Compatibility
The site is plain HTML and CSS with a small amount of JavaScript, so it works in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile. Every page can be read with JavaScript switched off. We have not yet tested it with a screen reader, and that is next on our list.
It relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript.
How we tested
This is a self-evaluation, carried out on 15 September 2026. We ran the axe-core 4.10 automated checker against every page at desktop (1280 pixels) and phone (390 pixels) widths, using its WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA rules, and fixed everything it reported: colour contrast on the dark services panel, heading order, missing landmarks and small menu targets. We then checked keyboard navigation, focus visibility and reduced motion by hand.
Automated tools catch about half of accessibility problems at best, so we treat this as a floor rather than a finish line. We check new pages the same way before they go live and review this statement at least once a year.
