The short version: this site measures nothing until you say yes. Decline the cookie notice and no analytics loads, no cookies are set, and nothing about your visit is sent anywhere.
Nimble Panda is a software development studio based in Cheshire, United Kingdom. The legal entity behind it, and the data controller for this website, is NimblePanda Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17122751, registered office 30 Grange Road, Barnton, CW8 4PE.
For anything on this page, including a request to see or delete the data we hold about you, email hello@nimblepanda.co.uk. We have no statutory data protection officer, because the scale and nature of what we process does not require one.
On your first visit you get a small notice at the bottom of the screen. Until you answer it, no analytics scripts load at all. Nothing is loaded in the background waiting for permission, and no third party is contacted.
Your answer is stored in your browser's local storage under the name np-consent, holding a single word, either granted or denied. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it. This is what stops the notice appearing on every page, and it is the only thing stored if you decline.
Choosing to allow analytics loads two tools. Both are used to work out which pages are useful and where people give up, so we can fix them. Neither is used for advertising, and we do not sell or share what they collect.

You may also still have a cookie called FCCDCF from Google's advertising consent tool. We removed Google AdSense from this site on 8 September 2026 and nothing sets that cookie any more, but an old one will sit in your browser until it expires. Clearing your site data removes it.
There are no forms, no accounts and no logins on this site, so there is nothing here that asks for your name, address or payment details. If you email us, we hold that email in our inbox and reply to it, which is the whole of what happens to it.
We run no advertising and no third-party trackers. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which sees your IP address as part of delivering the font file. That request happens on every visit because the page cannot render without it.
Change your mind at any time using the Cookies link in the footer of any page. It reopens the notice, and choosing no thanks stops analytics loading from that moment on. Clearing your browser's data for this site also resets the choice.
Our legal basis for the analytics above is your consent, under the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw consent. Email us and we will deal with it.
If you think we have handled your data badly and we have not put it right, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
